Getting Started with ZOLL emsCharts NOW

Speak with your ZOLL representative to get ZOLL emsCharts NOW enabled for your Service. Once it is enabled, the ZOLL emsCharts NOW application inherits its settings and configurations from your ZOLL emsCharts system, so there is no additional setup required to use it. Learn more about syncing configuration updates with your NOW clients.

To get started:

  1. Become familiar with the hardware and software requirements, and learn more about the latest features and enhancements, bug fixes, and known issues in the release notes.

  2. After ZOLL emsCharts NOW has been enabled for your Service, go to the Apple app store on your iPhone or iPad, or the Google Play store on your Android device.

  3. Download the ZOLL emsCharts NOW application.

  4. Tap the ZOLL emsCharts NOW icon to launch the application.

  5. Enter your ZOLL emsCharts username and password and tap LOGIN.

    1. If you are a member of multiple Services with ZOLL emsCharts NOW enabled, select the Service you wish to login under.

  6. Learn about the Shift Startup page.

Note: When a new version of ZOLL emsCharts NOW is released on the Apple app store and Google Play, the previous version will continue to function normally for 14 days. After the 14 day grace period, you will need to upgrade to the newest version of the ZOLL emsCharts NOW application. The app will display a warning with the date and time the previous version will expire, and once the grace period ends, the message will prompt you to upgrade the app in order to continue using it.
